Land Manager
This Land Manager role has been created to add to our existing great teams, helping to service our expanding number of developer clients actively seeking new development opportunities, whilst taking advantage of the vast quantity of new opportunities out there for a motivated individual to capitalise on.

Key responsibilities of a Land Manager
- To forge and develop relationships with a broad number of land owners, developers and company branches in the area
- Winning instructions for the disposal of development opportunities for land owners in both the private and public sector
- Secure new homes sales instructions from the developer industry at advantageous and profitable terms
Skills and experience required to be a successful Land Manager
- A proven track record in the acquisition and disposal of development land
- Land and development appraisal and valuation
- Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
- A high level of presentation experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel is essential
