We’re driving ambitious change, with a strong focus on creating a great colleague experience while delivering effectively for the business. We’re seeking someone with:
- Strong experience in change delivery and deep employee relations expertise.
- Experience in ability to operate autonomously, exercise sound commercial judgement, and make an immediate impact.
- A track record of strengthening ER practice and enhancing team capability would be a real advantage.
- Hands-on change work experience and shaping ER practice in a way that’s both robust and human.
