We’re looking for an experienced, inspiring Head of Conveyancing to lead our 70+ strong conveyancing team based in the heart of Manchester. This is a high‑profile, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape performance, drive growth and set the standard for outstanding client service. You’ll be at the centre of what we do – motivating teams, streamlining operations and making sure we continue to raise the bar across the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead from the front, inspire, mentor and energise a large conveyancing team to hit targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Own the operation, oversee day‑to‑day performance, workload management and resourcing to keep everything running smoothly
  • Drive consistency by ensuring all teams work to agreed structures, processes and best practice
  • Champion improvement by embedding a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Deliver insight, produce clear, impactful performance and operational reports for senior leadership
  • Stay compliant - ensure regulatory requirements are met without compromising service or efficiency
