Senior Branch Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Branch Manager to lead one of our flagship Gascoigne‑Peas offices in Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well‑established, high‑performing branch, supported by a strong sales and lettings team and an excellent pipeline of business.
Your Role and Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team
- Drive business growth across instructions, revenue, and sales performance
- Maintain and enhance the branch’s local market presence
- Generate new business and deliver accurate, market‑leading appraisals
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to ensure team success
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage
What We’re Looking For:
- Has proven experience in estate agency sales leadership
- Is highly motivated, target‑driven, and results‑focused
- Can lead from the front and inspire a team
- Excels at building relationships and winning instructions
- Full UK driving licence
