The predicted salary is between 25000 - 25000 £ per year.

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book property valuations.
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Maximise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally have previous sales experience, with estate agency experience an advantage.
  • Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
  • Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, and email systems).
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
