We’re looking for a highly motivated Assistant Lettings Manager to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team for Austin & Wyatt in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for a proven Assistant Manager or an established Senior Negotiator looking for progression. This branch can give you the platform to excel and develop your career.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Assistant Lettings Manager

  • Assistant Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving licence
