Branch Manager
Branch Manager role in Eastbourne with Freeman Forman, Connells Group. Responsible for performance and growth of residential sales team. Lead by motivating, coaching, developing high‑performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Lead valuing and listing properties, building local relationships, embedding culture of professionalism, progression and success. Hands‑on leadership with clear career pathways and long‑term opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
- A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
- Full UK driving licence
