Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to work within our Lettings Department in Annesley. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist

  • Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
  • Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
