We’re seeking Senior Property Lawyers to join our successful team in Manchester. This role is ideal for a seasoned conveyancer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of managing a full caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Conveyancing Process: Manage everything from client instructions to completion, including drafting contracts and submitting legal documents.
  • Pre-Completion: Conduct Land Registry and conveyancing searches, ensuring all paperwork and funds are ready for exchange.
  • Post-Completion: Close files, submit SDLT returns, and manage Land Registry applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
  • Client & Third-Party Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure the smooth progress of matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in fee-earning and managing a caseload in conveyancing.
  • Qualifications: While a Law Degree, LPC, or qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (FCILEX) is preferred, it’s not essential.
  • Strong Communicator: Excel at managing client relationships and communication, keeping everything organised and ensuring compliance throughout.
  • Professional Drive: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle a busy caseload while maintaining high standards.
