Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our successful Connells estate agency team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a flagship branch as the main property valuer, working within a strong, supportive team in an office that is genuinely going places.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in‑house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

  • Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
  • Be confident in generating new business in a target‑driven environment
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
  • Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
