  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with your Estate Agency colleagues.
  • Develop and manage opportunities generated through our Estate Agency network.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their individual needs.
  • Provide mortgage and protection advice throughout the customer journey.
  • Continue developing your knowledge and advisory skills through coaching, training and practical experience.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience while working towards agreed performance targets.
