We are currently looking for an experienced Tenancy Accounts Coordinator to join our support HUB based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • This challenging role deals with both the internal and external customer and is an integral part of the lettings process.
  • Control of our Clients Accounts ensuring funds are allocated in a timely manner and resolution to unallocated monies.
  • Communication with landlord and tenants, keeping them up to date with progress reports and managing expectations.
  • Chase and collection of rent arrears in accordance with SLA.
  • Provision of quality information to the business and to the customer regarding client accounts and statements.
  • Timely and efficient handling of refunds, terminations, deposit releases/Compliance with current legislation (RICS, ARLA).
  • Data and records maintenance.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in an accounts environment would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Will be able to prioritise your workload in order of urgency.
  • Good IT skills are required.
