Your Role
As a Branch Manager, you\\\’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You\\\’ll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Full UK driving license
