This Branch Manager role in Bodmin is a key leadership opportunity within one of the UK’s most successful estate agency groups.

Your Role: As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bodmin residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear career pathways and long‑term opportunities.
