Your Role

  • You will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Chelmsford residential sales team.
  • You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.

  • Full UK driving licence.
