Your Role:
As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You'll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
