- We are looking for a Sales Case Handler to join our
Corporate Property Services team in Bracknell.
About the role
You will manage a portfolio of residential property sales from initial marketing through to completion, working closely with estate agents, solicitors, clients and suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.
- Main Responsibilities of a Sales Case Handler
- Manage properties from pre-marketing through to completion, ensuring client requirements and KPIs are achieved.
- Review valuations, pricing and marketing strategies to maximise sale outcomes.
- Negotiate and manage offers in line with client instructions and service level agreements.
- Progress sales by liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other stakeholders to minimise delays.
- Take ownership of a caseload, proactively identifying and resolving issues while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Case Handler
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
