What you'll be doing
- Building strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities.
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to meet customers' individual needs.
- Guiding customers through the mortgage journey, from initial discussions through to application and completion.
- Developing new business opportunities and making the most of the leads available to you.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience while working towards individual and team targets.
What we're looking for
- Full CeMAP qualification, an equivalent qualification, or currently working towards CeMAP.
- A genuine interest in mortgage advice and helping customers achieve their property goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the motivation to achieve targets.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
