Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bedford residential sales team.
- Lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.
