About the Role
Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our successful William H Brown residential sales team in Loughborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an established estate agency leader who is ready to take on broader responsibility, drive business growth and inspire a high-performing team.
Your Role
As Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, winning new business and developing your colleagues to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a successful residential sales team
- Driving branch profitability, market share and business performance
- Winning new business through valuations and property listings
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues to achieve individual and team success
- Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Monitoring performance, analysing results and implementing business plans
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Delivering an outstanding customer journey from instruction through to completion
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced estate agency professional who can demonstrate:
- Proven leadership experience within residential estate agency
- A successful track record of delivering results and growing market share
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive branch performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence
