An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuer to join our successful team in Banbury. As a Valuer you will take responsibility for identifying and developing new business opportunities and converting leads to secure new instructions for the letting office.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a new business strategy
- Actively create contacts and leads for business generation
- Attend networking events to build strong local relationships
- Source potential new business opportunities
- Successfully convert new business opportunities
- Attend market appraisal appointments, sell the FK service and bring on new clients for all FK divisions
- Bring energy and focus to the team, always leading by example
- Proactively increase the income for the office
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum three years experience in sales/lettings estate agency
- Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets
- Naturally hungry for new business conversion
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- Strong legal knowledge via Property mark Technical Award qualification
