Apprentice Property Manager
At Hall & Benson, part of the Connells Group, we\’re looking for a highly motivated individual to train as an Apprentice and become the next Property Manager to join our fantastic Lettings team in Allestree . You will be supported to manage a portfolio of properties and provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants and property management

Key responsibilities of a skilled Property Manager (you will be working towards this as part of the apprenticeship)
- Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
- Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
- Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications
- Oversee customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements
- Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
- Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with Lettings Support Centre and branch
Skills and Experience required to be an Apprentice Property Manager
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
- Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
- Good team player
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good analytical ability
