As Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for the performance and growth of the Abingdon branch, leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent results and customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you'll be actively involved in valuing and listing properties, winning new business, building strong local relationships and developing your team.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
- A strong people leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Commercially minded, organised and results-focused
- A confident communicator with a genuine customer focus
- Resilient, motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
