The role
- Provide clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Work closely with branch colleagues to maximise lead opportunities
- Manage your pipeline efficiently from enquiry through to completion
What we’re looking for
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, professional and target-driven approach
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
