We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Project Manager with the ability to maintain a culture of professionalism within the team, with the drive and ambition to assist the department with our Vision, whilst installing our Values into everything we do.
Reporting to the Group Property Director, the role will involve managing branch and office fit out/refit projects alongside larger maintenance jobs. The Project Manager will be responsible for analysing group spend and reducing cost, which will be achieved by working closely with supply chains and preferred contractors.
It is essential that candidates possess high levels of positivity with the ability to motivate and lead. They should be creative, forward thinking with a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be required to undertake some work outside normal office hours, including occasional overnight stays.
Specific Requirements of the Role include:- To specify, tender and manage fit out and refurbishment projects, cost effectively working to defined brand specifications.
- To have an appropriate understanding of Building Regs, Fire Regs, Asbestos awareness and Construction Health and Safety including CDM.
- For CDM compliance, to represent the company in the role of Principal designer for projects ensuring company policy and procedures and Health and Safety regulations and policies are adhered to.
