Job Description We are looking for an experienced Group BI Reporting Lead to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will lead the Group Reporting Engineering team and drive the development of a Centre of Excellence for corporate and business-critical reporting across Connells Group.
You will be responsible for shaping how executive and operational reporting is designed, developed and governed, ensuring critical business intelligence is delivered through the Fabric Group Data Platform with clear ownership, strong controls and consistent standards.
This role combines people leadership, delivery leadership and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with the Data Director, Product Manager, Delivery Manager and other capability leads, you will play a pivotal role in maturing reporting practices, enhancing data governance and delivering high-impact reporting that enables informed decision-making across the Group.
Strong capabilities in data storytelling are essential, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum 1 day per week in our Milton Keynes office.
