We are a voice for both brands, sharing independent, authoritative insight with customers, colleagues, industry leaders and the press.
As Senior Analyst, you’ll play a central role in unlocking the value of our unique proprietary data and shaping research-led communications for Connells Group and Hamptons. You’ll lead analysis, contribute to internal and external presentations, act as a spokesperson and mentor junior team members - all while translating complex housing trends into clear, valuable insight for different audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Insight & Market Commentary
Deliver regular market updates and strategic insight for stakeholders across Connells Group and Hamptons, as well as media audiences.
Act as a spokesperson, providing commentary on housing trends, policy changes and macroeconomic developments.
Work alongside the Public Affairs team to develop policy-led briefings, producing robust evidence and analysis that helps inform and influence policy discussions.
Support the Group Marketing team with research-led content for customer communications, campaigns and PR.
Data Analysis & Research
Analyse proprietary and public datasets to uncover emerging housing market trends.
Manage and develop new data models that reveal new patterns and insights in the housing market.
