William H Brown is growing its mortgage team in Stevenage and we're looking for a motivated Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join us as we welcome a second consultant to the branch.
This is a great opportunity to take your first steps into mortgage advice, build your confidence and develop your skills with the support of an established Estate Agency team. You'll be helping customers find the right mortgage and protection solutions while building relationships and making the most of the opportunities available through our property network.

What will you be doing?
- Building strong relationships with the Estate Agency team to develop referral opportunities.
- Learning to provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to meet customers' individual needs.
- Supporting customers throughout their mortgage journey, from application through to completion.
- Developing customer relationships and making the most of opportunities to grow your business.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working towards your targets and building your earning potential.
What are we looking for?
- Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Someone ready to take their first step into a career in mortgage advice, or with some initial experience looking to develop further.
- A confident communicator who enjoys helping people and building relationships.
- A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
