Lumesse is seeking a Reward Manager to lead the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of the Group’s reward programmes from the new Milton Keynes head office. You will provide data-driven advice to People team and business leaders, manage the annual reward calendar, and oversee benefit providers and governance.
