A Quick Look at the Role: As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll help people find their perfect home while developing the skills and experience needed to build a successful career in property.

No previous estate agency experience is required. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, energy and ambition, and we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Your role will include:

  • Generating and booking property valuations
  • Conducting property viewings and building relationships with buyers
  • Negotiating offers and helping progress sales through to completion
  • Supporting branch growth by identifying new opportunities
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
