Our focus is on workplace charging and depot-based fleets, delivering smart, scalable solutions that combine hardware, software, funding, and ongoing support into one seamless offering. We’re a scaling, fast-paced business where adaptability is everything. We move quickly, make decisions fast, and back people who take ownership. It’s not for everyone, but for the right person, it’s a huge opportunity to grow and make an impact.

- Deliver compelling proposals that combine infrastructure, funding, and ongoing services
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are deliverable, and aligned to customer needs
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B solution sales
- Strong ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially astute with a consultative, problem-solving mindset
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed
- Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Experience in EV, energy, fleet, or infrastructure sectors
- The role is primarily office-based, with time spent in external meetings as required

- Be part of a high-growth business in one of the fastest-growing sectors
- Sell a truly differentiated, fully funded solution that solves real customer challenges
- Ongoing training and development to build expertise in Connekt and EV revolution
- Clear career progression opportunities as the business scales

- Realistic on-target earnings of £110,000 with uncapped commission
- Company car allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Pension scheme
