General Summary:
The Associate Partner Success Manager is responsible for alignment at the leadership level of our low touch and tech touch partners while building and maintaining strong relationships to help these select partners progress on their transformation journey. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to help customers accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Ensures that partners derive maximum value from their investment in our products, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other ConnectWise stakeholders to ensure
adoption and a successful renewal - Builds and nurtures relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the partner while penetrating the account deeper
- Effectively networks within accounts to help partners achieve their objectives
- Monitors partner usage data, health indicators, partner maturity scores, renewal dates, and growth opportunities and translates into strategies for success
- Evangelizes the capabilities of products across the entire platform
- Develops an understanding of typical business challenges faced by partners to address their needs
- Identifies risks to the partner that inhibit their stated business goals
- Acts as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
- Navigates customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and

- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Technical acumen and business management skills
- Strong knowledge of various business processes
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
- Knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business
- Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
- Preferred: Working knowledge of ConnectWise products and platform features, capabilities, and best use
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of SaaS industry experience
- Preferred: MBA
Working Conditions:
- 0-10% travel may be required
