The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, driving sales growth, driving retention, managing revenue & sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet satisfactory client objectives. This role works in partnership with the broader sales team to manage the sales cycle, from open to close, and expanding growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to cross‑functional teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members
  • Achieves personal annual sales growth contract value based on the total opportunity
  • Achieves personal annual sales growth contract value based on the ability to both Sell‑To and Sell Through existing customers (specific to Partner Sales)
  • Manages partners within the Ideal Customer Profile and within their designated territory as the primary commercial point of contact
