An ambitious, proactive and detail focused Mortgage Case Manager is required to provide a first-rate administrative support service to a multi-award-winning team of professional mortgage advisers with a strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service. The company specializes in providing a range of retail customer mortgages as well as ‘business to business’ solutions through a network of over 300 Appointed Representatives across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the applicant, mortgage broker, lender, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Receive and review mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Submit applications to lenders and follow up on any additional documentation or information required.
- Keep advisers and clients updated on the status of their application.
- Respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all client files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Maintain a clear audit trail for all communications and decisions.
- Ensure that all applications meet lender and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor for any potential red flags or signs of fraud.
- Ensure anti-money laundering (AML) and “know your customer” (KYC) checks are completed.
- Work closely with lenders, underwriters, and solicitors to resolve any issues or delays.
