An ambitious, proactive and detail focused Mortgage Case Manager is required to provide a first-rate administrative support service to a multi-award-winning team of professional mortgage advisers with a strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service. The company specializes in providing a range of retail customer mortgages as well as ‘business to business’ solutions through a network of over 300 Appointed Representatives across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact between the applicant, mortgage broker, lender, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  2. Receive and review mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy.
  3. Submit applications to lenders and follow up on any additional documentation or information required.
  4. Keep advisers and clients updated on the status of their application.
  5. Respond to queries promptly and professionally.
  6. Ensure all client files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  7. Maintain a clear audit trail for all communications and decisions.
  8. Ensure that all applications meet lender and regulatory guidelines.
  9. Monitor for any potential red flags or signs of fraud.
  10. Ensure anti-money laundering (AML) and “know your customer” (KYC) checks are completed.
  11. Work closely with lenders, underwriters, and solicitors to resolve any issues or delays.
