The role of a Social & Influencer Executive involves assisting in the ideation, execution and implementation of a range of campaigns across the biggest social media platforms. Youll identify and build relationships with industry influencers, and support the measurement of campaign success. You will also support with content creation filming, editing & posting across organic social content calendars, as well as reporting on the performance of the posts once live. A strong understanding and passion for all social media platforms, content creation, and actively following influencers and the latest trends are essential for success in this role.
Role & Client Deliverables
- Have a strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and how to tailor content effectively for each.
- Be passionate about creating and analysing effective social-first content, with a good grasp of current trends, tone of voice, and platform nuances.
- Contribute to ideation, creation, and management of organic content calendars, ensuring engaging, high-quality posts that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Support with content production, including planning, shooting, editing, and optimising video and static content for social.
- Be comfortable filming within each social platform, and editing in Capcut and/or similar platforms.
- Assist in developing content pillars, campaign ideas, and storytelling formats tailored to each client and channel.
- Monitor competitor activity and social trends to identify opportunities for standout content or creative hooks.
- Help track and report on performance of organic social campaigns using relevant tools and metrics, understanding all KPIs and benchmarks.
- Contribute to community management efforts as needed, helping clients maintain engagement and brand voice online.
- Support influencer campaign execution as required including sourcing, briefing, and managing influencers to deliver content that aligns with wider social strategy.
- Assist in vetting influencers against brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support the integration of influencer content into the wider organic strategy to drive consistency and performance.
- Assist in boosting methodology and paid/organic synergy where applicable.
