Connective3 is a fast growing performance marketing agency with specialisms in SEO, Data Science, Content Marketing, and Paid Media. We have huge growth plans in the international space and this role plays a big part in those plans.
Due to some big client wins we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PR Executive to join our PR Team in our Leeds or Manchester office. As a Senior PR Executive at connective3 you will be learning from some of the best PRs in the industry and have access to our generous training budget to help you develop in your PR career. You\'ll be working with some global household brands and big names across the travel and lifestyle sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help to guide junior members of the team by reviewing their work, providing constructive feedback or supporting them with training, when relevant
- Confident use of PR and SEO tools - always looking for ways to increase your skillset
- Creative ideation for clients and helping to think of ideas that are aligned with organic focuses and audience interests
- Data collection and analysis to form PR tactics alongside press release and journalist pitch writing
- Outreach PR tactics to media outlets ensuring our results are contributing to wider organic objectives and they meet KPIs
- Daily coverage checks checking for results built from your PR tactics alongside daily news checks, checking for industry changes, updates or inspiration
- Be proactive across accounts and form solutions if hurdles are faced
- Attend and contribute to client meetings with the support of PR leads and help to present updates on the strategy undertaken, results secured and propose new concepts
- Understand the clients\' challenges and competitor activity
- Time management including the delivery of work to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to improve client results
- Digital PR experience whether thats employment or internship/voluntary either in-house or agency side
- Knowledge of Digital PR and how links work toward SEO performance
- Strong communication, organisational and task management skills
- Computer and IT skills
- A problem solver
- A big team player with a can-do attitude
- Good written and spoken English
