As our Senior Sports PR Executive, you’ll think of standout campaigns and build high-performance results for our sporting clients across European, U.S. and Canadian markets. We’re looking for someone who can confidently ideate and execute campaigns across different sports, including combat sports, football, and the NFL. Client and media relations will be a core part of your role, and we’re looking for candidates who think outside of the box, constantly bring fresh ideas to the table and are always looking for different ways to build the best results for their clients. Proactiveness is key for this role!

Further to the above, we only want real team players to be part of our growing team. We’re big on supporting each other and getting stuck in when it’s needed.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Creative ideation: Bringing outside-of-the-box concepts to the table that get people talking and are relevant to sports, broadcast, national, lifestyle and regional media.
  • Media relationships: Outreaching campaigns to the media to build results, always looking for fresh ways to revamp campaigns, excite our clients, their audience and the media.
  • Client relationships: Being the go-to expert for your clients – regular updates, joining WIPs and QBRs.
  • Personal growth: Use our dedicated training budget to upskill yourself in areas that you’re passionate about or want to learn more about. We want to make sure you’re excelling both in your career and within C3.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience of 1+ years in PR (Agency-side preferred), ideally across the sports sector, too.
  • General interest in sports.
  • Experience interviewing sports talent is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge of organic and PR tools, including the likes of Ahrefs, Sistrix, BuzzStream, BuzzSumo, Search Console, and GA. Social listening skills? Huge bonus.
  • Confident understanding of how PR fuels both search and brand, especially in today's landscape.
  • What’s next attitude, supportive, and ready to get stuck in.
