As our PR Strategist, you won’t just be leading accounts, you’ll bridge the gap between "big picture" thinking and high-performance results for household names in the travel, finance, and lifestyle sectors. We’re looking for someone who can confidently put strategies in place to meet our clients' objectives and successfully see them through, whilst not being afraid to put forward new ideas, tools and processes. Further to the above, we only want real team players to be part of our growing team. We’re big on supporting each other and getting stuck in when it’s needed.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Strategy and KPI ownership: Form and implement bespoke client strategies that meet objectives and exceed KPIs.
- Creative ideation: Bringing outside-of-the-box concepts to the table that get people talking.
- Client relationships: Be the lead across your client accounts, including prepping for and owning WIP calls and QBRs.
- Mentoring junior members: Being a go-to to help upskill junior members of the team on all things PR, including outreach pitching, ideation and media relations.
- Knowledge sharing: Work with the senior team to organise internal/external training sessions, ensuring the whole department is upskilled and ahead of the curve.
- Futureproofing: Support us in actively seeking out and using new, advanced tools to help us do things better, smarter and faster.
- Personal growth: Use our dedicated training budget to upskill yourself in areas that you’re passionate about or want to learn more about. We want to make sure you’re excelling both in your career and within C3.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of 2+ years in PR (Agency-side preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of organic and PR tools, including the likes of Ahrefs, Sistrix, BuzzStream, BuzzSumo, Search Console, and GA.
- Social listening skills? Huge bonus.
- Confident understanding of how PR fuels both search and brand, especially in today's landscape.
