We’re looking for an organised and proactive Content Production Manager to support the delivery of high-quality creative projects across our social and content teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and can confidently coordinate people, projects and production workflows from concept through to delivery.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping creative projects moving smoothly across the agency. Working closely with internal teams, freelance talent and external production partners, you’ll oversee schedules, manage workflows and ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard. From coordinating shoots and managing production logistics to improving processes and supporting day-to-day team operations, you’ll help create an efficient and collaborative environment for creative delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Workflow Management
    • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of content and creative projects across social and digital channels.
    • Manage timelines, production schedules and project priorities across multiple workstreams.
    • Ensure projects progress efficiently from briefing and planning through to final delivery.
    • Monitor team workloads and help allocate resource effectively across the department.
    • Keep stakeholders and clients updated on project status, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Production & Shoot Coordination
    • Support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots.
    • Liaise with production partners, freelancers, creators and suppliers to coordinate deliverables and schedules.
    • Assist with production logistics including call sheets, locations, equipment and shoot planning.
    • Ensure assets, approvals and deliverables are organised and delivered on time.
  • Team & Operations Support
    • Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the social and creative teams.
    • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows and ways of working.
    • Support the onboarding and coordination of freelance talent when required.
    • Contribute to regular team meetings, ideation sessions, project reviews and operational planning sessions.
    • Maintain documentation, trackers and production systems to ensure visibility across projects.
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with social managers, social execs, strategists, creatives, designers and editors.
    • Provide proactive support to help teams deliver engaging, high-quality content.
    • Contribute ideas and solutions that improve efficiency and creative output.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple moving parts in a busy agency setting. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a creative, social media, digital marketing or production environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
