Connective Careers Pathways is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to support young people with complex needs and learning disabilities in a Children's Residential Home in Newcastle-under-Lyne. The role involves daytime care and on-site overnight sleep-in shifts, with a 40-hour weekly rota and about 5 sleep-in shifts per month.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, maintain safeguarding and safety, and contribute to daily logs and care plan updates.
