We're looking for a Financial Services Helpdesk Advisor to join a specialist team supporting financial advisers across a growing network.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys solving problems and learning new things.

You don't need previous protection experience or financial services qualifications as full training will be provided.

You'll be supporting advisers with protection-related queries, helping them navigate products, providers and processes while delivering a high level of service

(this is a non-sales role)

The Role

  • Provide first-line support to financial advisers across the network
  • Respond to queries around protection products, providers and quotation systems
  • Help advisers navigate protection research tools and processes
  • Handle queries and objections confidently while maintaining a focus on good customer outcomes
  • Keep up to date with developments across the protection market
  • Build strong relationships with advisers and internal teams
  • Share feedback and ideas to help improve processes and the service provided

You'll ideally have

  • Experience in customer service, administration or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • The ability to learn technical information and apply it confidently
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within financial services

Financial services, insurance, protection or mortgage experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Training & Qualifications

The business will provide full training and fund professional qualifications as you develop within the role.

This could include CII qualifications covering protection, insurance and financial services, with Ce MAP available if you progress towards the mortgage side of the business.

You'll have the opportunity to build your technical knowledge while gaining hands-on experience supporting financial advisers.
