We’re working with a fast-growing property compliance business that supports landlords, letting agents and tenants across the UK. They’re looking for a Compliance Property Operations Coordinator to join their operations team and help deliver essential property compliance services across a busy client base. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be coordinating compliance work, speaking with landlords and tenants, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking through to certificate delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating compliance work including Gas Safety, EICR and EPC certificates
- Handling inbound calls, emails and messages in a professional and timely way
- Acting as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and business clients
- Booking jobs and managing updates across internal systems and CRMs
- Quality checking certificates before they are issued
- Liaising with contractors and trades to schedule and complete work
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met
- Supporting clients through any remedial works or follow-up actions
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable dealing with both landlords and tenants
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Confident using systems, CRMs or property software
- Knowledge of property compliance is useful but not essential

- The role is Monday-Friday core business hours; 1 day is office based, 4 can be worked from home
