About the Role
We’re seeking an Experienced Secretary, ideally with a legal background, to join our team in Hale. You’ll play a key role in supporting solicitors across a range of administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling correspondence and managing diaries
- Opening new client files using a legal case management system
- Typing and audio dictation
- Liaising with clients in a professional and confident manner
