We?re looking for a Junior Administrator to join a growing professional services business based in Farringdon.

The role will involve supporting the wider business with administration, bids and tender activity, working closely with different teams to keep projects and submissions organised and on track.

The role

You'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, with involvement in bid and tender processes from initial enquiries through to submission.

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Supporting bid and tender activity
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing requests
  • Reviewing documents and identifying requirements and deadlines
  • Collating information from internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Completing forms and supporting documentation
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
  • Checking documents for spelling, grammar and accuracy
  • Supporting meetings and keeping track of actions and deadlines
  • Liaising with internal teams to obtain outstanding information
  • Supporting reporting and general business administration
  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or office-based role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Professional and confident when communicating with others
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous bids or tender experience would be useful but isn't essential.
