  • Managing your own caseload of sales and purchase transactions from start to finish – your previous 5+ years of end-to-end experience will make you thrive
  • Handling lease extensions and remortgages (if experienced – not essential)
  • Working with a supportive, approachable team who care about doing things properly
  • Using streamlined case management systems that make your life easier

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end independently
  • A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancer with strong knowledge
  • Comfortable using tech and case management systems
