An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a growing Financial Services business on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a key role within the compliance function, supporting the business during a period of growth and helping to ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance, governance and risk management are maintained. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll provide expert compliance guidance, oversee monitoring activity and play an important role in strengthening the organisation’s compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and frameworks
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews, file reviews and thematic assessments
- Provide guidance and advice on FCA requirements and regulatory standards
- Support regulatory reporting activities
- Manage and investigate complaints, ensuring they are handled in line with regulatory expectations
- Complete compliance risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risk
