We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established independent optical practice based in Altrincham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering a personal, high-quality customer experience and has a passion for eyewear, style and helping clients find the right solutions for their needs.
The role will involve:
- Welcoming clients and providing a first-class customer experience
- Managing appointments and supporting the wider optical team
- Assisting with pre-screening and general administrative tasks
- Advising clients on frame styles, lenses and coatings
- Helping with spectacle fitting and adjustments
- Supporting contact lens care and general eye care guidance
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring the practice environment remains organised
