Surveyor - Windows and Doors

Surveyor – Window and Door  Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window and Door Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing contracts, and serving as a key point of contact for our customers. You must have excellent timekeeping and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner. Responsibilities: – Conduct accurate and thorough surveys of windows and doors at customer properties – Prepare and complete customer contracts based on survey findings – Attend scheduled appointments promptly and professionally – Provide clear and helpful answers to customer queries – Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism – Ensure all survey details are correctly recorded and reported Qualifications: – Previous experience in a similar surveying role is preferred – Strong understanding of windows and doors installation – Excellent time management and organizational skills – Good communication and interpersonal abilities – A customer-first attitude and a problem-solving mindset – Full UK driving licence required – Ability to perform service calls such as replacement double glazed units, broken handles/lock mechanisms etc Day-to-day: – Conducting site surveys – Preparing customer contracts – Attending scheduled appointments – Providing customer support and maintaining professionalism – Recording and reporting survey details accurately Benefits: – Monday to Friday work schedule – Competitive wage – 28 days holiday entitlement – Company vehicle provided If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
