Patient Coordinator required for our expanding well-established client who is seeking a professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our New Patient Team. As a New Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting patients throughout the patient journey. You will offer support and guidance, from initial consultation through to treatment. You will be the first point of contact for any new patients who are looking to start treatment at the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Relationships: Have the ability to build outstanding rapport with patients. You will play a pivotal role in building trust and aiding decision making as patients embark on their journey. You will be required to provide the support needed whilst maintaining a professional and caring attitude at all times. You must be able to demonstrate compassion and understanding when addressing the concerns or emotional needs of patients.
