About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the Head of Department on a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This role offers genuine hands-on experience and an excellent learning platform for someone looking to establish a long-term career in conveyancing.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with files from inception to post-completion across a range of residential property matters
- Managing post-completion requirements including stamp duty returns and Land Registry submissions
- Requesting and collating redemption figures
- Ordering and submitting property searches
- Assisting in the preparation of contract packs and providing reports to clients
- Responding to client queries and maintaining high levels of client care
